Nicolas Hazard, Chairman 

Founder & President of INCO​

Nicolas Hazard is a serial social entrepreneur. He is the chairman of INCO US and the founder of INCO, an organization with a mission to build an inclusive and sustainable global economy. 

Hazard created Impact², known as the "Davos" of social entrepreneurship, which is held every year at the City Hall in Paris and hosts more than 1,500 economic and political leaders, from 50 countries.

 

Since July 2020, Hazard has been special adviser in charge of the social and solidarity economy at the European Commission. Hazard is also the President of the Strategic Council of the City of Paris, an institution that gathers different personalities from civic society and major economic stakeholders in order to shape the future of the city and promote it internationally.

Natasha S. Christensen

U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations 

Homeland Defense and Global Security, U.S. Department of Defense.  Natasha began her government career at the U.S. Department of State where she acquired a deep understanding of the link between the diplomatic and defense communities in formulating and executing global policy. She has since worked in numerous combatant commands, regional theaters, and government agencies.  Prior to joining CSO Natasha served in the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy,

Paul Ferrari

Senior Communications Manager, Education & Society Programs at the Aspen Institute 

Paul Ferrari leads strategic communications efforts and elevates the stories of the Aspen Institute's Education & Society Program and how it impacts practitioners and policymakers.  Prior to the Aspen Institute, Paul worked at the Council of Chief State School Officers (CCSSO), where he spent over a decade leading strategy, programs, communications, and advocacy efforts related to K-12 education policy.

Megan is also a marketing consultant to small startups and  recently founded her own apparel company.
