in the US
INCO Academy meets a critical need not currently being addressed by US training providers. In the US alone, over 80% of individuals in various types of tech bootcamps have at least a bachelor’s degree or higher. In fact, only 4% have never been enrolled in college. What’s more, almost two-thirds identify as white.
INCO Academy programs are tailored to individuals with little to no experience in the tech sector and minimal soft skills development. These project-based programs serve as a bridge to the tech world, giving learners an insight into the most in-demand tech careers. INCO Academy also offers courses for all individuals who want to start a career in the environmental sector, from renewable energies to waste and water management through agriculture.
INCO Academy currently offers the following courses and all of our selected beneficiaries receive full scholarships. To check our our programs in other countries, click here.

Drones & Good
Training veterans for the jobs of tomorrow in the civilian drone industry
Today, there are about 22 million men and women who served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces. Drones & Good recognizes the honorable sacrifices veterans and their families made for our nation. We also know service members face major barriers as they transition back to the civilian workforce: 53% of them face a period of unemployment within 15 months of separation, according to the US Department of Veterans Affairs (USDVA).
Our partners for Drones and Good
In 2015, INC US and JobTrain launched Rendezvous, a social enterprise providing long-term unemployed and underemployed people with on-the-job training in the restaurant and catering industry. Beyond a paycheck, Rendezvous offers socio-professional support, such as assistance in job search and placement services, personal coaching, and career development. 85 people benefit annually from our yearlong program.
RendezVous achieves a job placement rate of 85%.
